This gives the Trade Council a great advantage with governmental and public institutions, as well as private companies to advocate for and promote Danish solution with key stakeholders in the country within both public and private sector.
The Trade Council services include:
• Market development
o The advisory will work with making Market research and Financial planning by conducting market analysis, identify trends and opportunities, and assist clients to position their product accordingly in Bangladesh. The advisory also conducts Risk assessment by identifying risks associated with climate change, product and growth viability in Bangladesh, finding workable solutions for such issues and address any other related factors. Furthermore, the Trade Council will do Matchmaking and Due Diligence assisting the client in regards to matchmaking with credible local companies and partners.
• Public Relations and Advocacy
o The advisory works to promote Danish solutions in Bangladesh by policy advocacy and branding of client’s products in line with the Bangladeshi market and communicating their strategies accordingly. As well as working to ensure the best conditions for collaborations between Danish and Bangladeshi companies.
• Sustainable and industrial development
o The advisory helps with a specialized knowledge and focus on optimizing the supply chain by assisting in value creation and efficient / sustainable supply chains, as well as helping with making sustainability assessment and analysis on environmental impact by analysing the environmental impact. This ensures a more sustainable business development in line with the sustainable development goals and demands from consumers.
