Where to apply

The quickest and easiest way to apply for a visa is to submit your Schengen visa application at the Denmark Visa Application Centre.

The Embassy has commissioned VFS Global Services Pvt Ltd to operate the Denmark Visa Application Centre in Dhaka.

Please note that the Embassy also represents Norway in visa matters as well as the Embassy issues visas for the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Bangladeshi residents applying for short-term visas for Denmark, Norway, the Faroe Islands and Greenland can submit their applications at the Visa Application Centre from Sunday - Thursday between 9 am and 2 pm without prior appointment.

A service fee will be charged by VFS for their services. All applicants will have to appear in person at VFS for hand in of an application and taking of biometrics.

When applying through VFS, applicants can have their passports couriered (against an additional fee) to their specified addresses after processing or they can collect their passports from the Application Centre as indicated above.
