The Ambassador meets young leaders of Bangladesh

The Danish Ambassador highlighted that trust among people and trust in institutions - such as the police and the courts - are important characteristics of societies considered happier than others – like the Danish one.

He also gave the young people some advice on how to be successful leaders: “One of the most important goals for a leader should be to make employees feel trusted and appreciated. That enables them to deliver at their best and thus create the best results,” he said.

The Danish Ambassador is quite familiar with giving lectures to young students. Previously, he served as an associate professor at the University of Copenhagen.
